  • Balcony doors, opening/tilting, 240 h x 250 w, with 80 cm wide opening sash and fixed display case. Includes windows - double glazed, PVC, color anthracite outside/white inside. Windows mounted on expansion band. Window Uw: 1.29w/m2k.
  • Bathroom window 122 H x 62 W, tilt-turn, includes window - double glazed, PVC, color anthracite. Window mounted with expansion band.
  • Burglar-resistant entrance door, ergonomic width 90 cm, ensures comfortable use. The sashes are made of high-quality material, they are heavy and silent. The core is 55 mm.
Walls and Roof
  • The construction of the house is based on branded wood, certified C24 - Scandinavian wood, which does not require impregnation (moisture content of 18%).
  • The height up to the ridge beam on the first floor is over 180 cm. The height on the ground floor - 250 cm - is ideal and not as overwhelming as the height of 220 cm.
  • SIP panels as wall elements, exterior walls, partition walls, intermediate floors, and roof. Everything is precut and numbered in our factory.
  • Facade boards and reveal boards - spruce wood, approximately 12 cm wide, which do not need to be sanded (only stained with impregnating agent in the chosen color). The boards are fixed with Torx screws. Dry material with a moisture content of about 18%.
Insulation Layer
  • 15 cm EPS 80
  • Parameter U 0.23
  • It is possible to insulate exterior walls with a double layer of 3.5 cm thick wool. With external insulation (in the grid under the facade), we achieve a wall parameter U 0.18 and for the roof U 0.15.
Foundation
  • Foundation membrane - 30 cm wide, for making the foundation.
  • Recommended foundation - foundation slab.
Additional Information
  • Each item, from wall panels to screws, foam, and tiny staples, has its own unique code assigned to each installation phase.
  • We deliver the house practically anywhere in the world (wherever possible). The cost of transportation is calculated individually, and it is also possible to pick up the goods yourself.
  • We include a warranty card with the offer.
  • Currently, the deadline for order fulfillment is 28 working days from the signing of the contract. We start processing the order with a deposit of 40% of the order value as standard. The remaining 60% of the order value is due within three days before the transport leaves our warehouse or is personally collected. Three people from your side are needed to unload the elements. Drivers from external companies providing services for us only assist in unloading.
  • The heaviest elements of the set weigh a maximum of 70 kg.
